Customer Satisfaction

At Swan International, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our stores. But in the event, you received wrong item, simply follow the instructions below.

Important thing to note is that we will not exchange any item at the stores if you order online without informing our online team first.

Important:

  • All Sales are Final. 
  • No cash refund.
  • All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable.  While it can be   exchangeable only if exchanged within 5 business days.
  • Customers can return damaged/wrong items within 5 business days of receipt date. Any delay in returning items will not be entertained and item(s) will be sent back to the customers.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be executed.
  • In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
  • The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our stores. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. Swan International is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage, missing parcel or delay.
  • Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.

I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return and exchange it?

(not applicable on sale item)

We apologize if the products received was not satisfactory. Yes, you may return it for an exchange with other product.

However, no monetary refund and sales items are not eligible for this term.

For the items to be eligible for a return and exchange, they will have to meet these requirements:

  • The item(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within 5 working days from the date of receiving it.
  •  You may change to different product with same value or higher provided to pay the balance.
  • If you changed to an item of lower value the balance will not be refunded.
  • Shipping cost will be borne by you in and out. 
  • The item must be packed in original condition and item must be unworn/unwashed. Tag cannot be removed.
  • Item will be checked first and let you know if the item can be exchange or not (in term of condition).
  • The item must be returned within the stipulated time in the same condition as when it was received in – unused, unwashed, un-ironed, unaltered and with the tags still attached.
  • Once the item has been posted out, please update us with the tracking number.

* Currently there is no return policy for ‘change of mind’ situation. If you purchased from our website, and you don’t like it once you’ve received it, please make sure to purchase it directly in store at one of our boutiques.

Please note that any exchanges and refunds of items ordered from our website is not valid at our stores. We will not take any responsibilities for any exchange and refunds done at our stores without confirmation from our side.

We have the right to refuse any exchange and refund at our stores without any confirmation letter or notice from us.

Weekend Delivery Policy:

  • Please note that weekend day delivery will not be possible. If your order is scheduled for a weekend delivery, it will instead be delivered on Sunday or Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Payment Policy:

  • Any dispute or claim out in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman.
  • Oman is the country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to do any transaction or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
  • Multiple transaction may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
